Make a local hero a national legend
Local Legends was created to celebrate people doing heroic deeds in small and large towns across America. These unsung heroes deserve respect, recognition, and often rewards merited by their deeds.
By becoming a member of Local Legends, you can nominate a worthy candidate to be featured on our website. Your nominee is notified by email that they’ve been nominated as a Local Legend and given a link to create a free or expanded profile highlighting their life’s accomplishments.
You’ll also receive a link to share with friends, family members, and coworkers, asking them to vote for your nominee. They may vote on an unlimited number of profiles. Nominees with the most votes vie for — permanent All-State or even All-America Award status.
Final rankings and winners will be announced on Friday, July 4th, 2025.
